It isn't a crisis line.
The greeting points callers to 911 and 988. When a caller may be in danger, the line marks it Possible crisis and emails your Crisis contact at once. A person on your team still has to act.
It doesn't answer prayers or reply for you. Your people read every one and follow up themselves.

Questions
What happens after I pay?
You land on a short setup form: how to say your church name, your area code, and your team's emails. When you submit, your number is ready and your team gets an email with how to sign in. The same link is emailed to you if you close the tab.
Can we keep our own church number?
Yes. Your office line stays as it is. The prayer line is a separate local number.
What if we cancel?
You get 30 days to read and export everything. Start again inside that window and nothing is lost, including your number. About 30 days after you cancel, we delete it.
Who can see the calls?
Your team, plus our support staff when you ask us to help. Each person signs in with their own email.
Who reads the demo line?
Our team does. It runs on the same system your church would get, and every call lands in an Inbox we read. Leave a real prayer, or just say hello and see how it comes out. If you're in danger right now, call 911, or call or text 988.
